All Levels Muay Thai
This class focuses on basic punches, elbows, kicks and knees.
Service Description
The All Levels Class focuses on the basic punches, elbows, kicks and knees on which the Art of Eight Limbs builds its foundation. This class is non-contact; students work in pairs striking Thai Pads. Students in this class must bring their own hand wraps and Muay Thai specific gloves to each class. First time students may borrow gloves and purchase wraps at class for $10. Students must be over 18 to participate. Classes take place the third Sunday of the month from 11am to 12pm in Topsham, Maine. First time students should arrive 15 minutes early to sign waivers and wrap their hands. (Please check class dates when registering for deviations from this schedule.)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours before the first class to receive a refund in the amount paid minus third party transaction fees. Alternatively, full payment may instead be applied to a future class. No refunds will be made after the 24 hour mark and there will be no refunds for any missed classes. In the rare occurrence where PowerFolx needs to cancel a class your payment will be applied to the next available class you are able to attend.
