Muay Thai All Levels Class (1 hour)- The All Levels Class focuses on the basic punches, elbows, kicks and knees that the Art of Eight Limbs builds its foundation on. Students in this class must bring their own hand wraps and Muay Thai specific gloves to each class. This class is open to first time students who may borrow loaner gloves and purchase wraps at the beginning of class. This class is non-contact; students work in pairs striking Thai Pads. Classes take place on the third Sunday of the month from 11:00 to 12:00pm (first time students should arrive 15 minutes early to sign waivers and wrap their hands).

Muay Thai Intermediate Class (1 hour)- Drilling in this class will incorporate more combo exchanges with partners where students either slip and evade or catch and block strikes with gloves and shin guards. Students need to attend a minimum of three All Levels Classes before registering for the Intermediate Class. Students in this class are required to have their own Muay Thai specific gloves and shin guards as well as hand wraps and a mouth guard. Classes take place on the first Tuesday of the month from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.

All Levels Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (1 hour) - This class develops the fundamental positions and movements of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Instruction incorporates individual movements as well as partner drills and each class includes either structured positional sparring, where specific goals are given, or free sparring rounds, where students can practice the skills they’ve developed with a partner. No special equipment is needed beyond athletic clothing and shorts/pants/leggings that don’t easily slide down. Classes take place on the second Friday of the month from 6:30 to 7:30pm.

All Sessions include technique training, partner drills, and full body workouts. Registration is required to attend (see below!). Please bring your gear, a water bottle and slip on shoes to each class. Individuals of all experience and fitness levels are welcome!
